Koechel Peterson & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1969 by David Koechel and John Peterson. The company began with four employees and an innovative style unmatched by any design firm then or today. The company moved to its present location at 2600 East 26th Street in Minneapolis in the fall of 1999.

As the President and CEO, John Peterson has consistently set the tone for the highest design standards in the industry for 30 years. He is known for his personal integrity in relationships and as a great team leader. David Koechel is the Creative Director whose design work has been awarded numerous honors of distinction and merit.
